The Combustion Institute is pleased to announce a draft version of the program book is available for review under the symposium section of this website. Symposium participants are encouraged to review the provided technical program information. Presentation times are set and will not change. The full program book will be available prior to the 36th International Symposium on Combustion.

The technical program includes the Hottel lecture and a series of plenary lectures held each morning, nine simultaneous sessions of oral presentations, sessions on industry perspectives, and several topical reviews. Work in Progress Posters (WiPPs) will be presented on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and represent an opportunity for preliminary results to be discussed with colleagues. The 36th Symposium will convene at the Coex Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, Korea from Sunday, 31 July through Friday, 5 August 2016. The biennial Symposium provides a scientific venue for sharing ideas and experiences on the development and applications of combustion science. Coex is conveniently located in the heart of the city’s business district.
