The 2017 WSSCI Fall Technical Meeting will convene 2 October through 3 October 2017 at the University of Wyoming, Laramie. The reception will be held at the Laramie Historic Railroad Depot and meetings will be held at the University of Wyoming Conference Center. Visit the meeting website to learn more.

Submissions and registration for the 2017 WSSCI Fall Technical Meeting are conducted through The Combustion Institute. Please make sure your CI account is currently active. Inability to access your account will not be accepted as a reason for delayed submissions.

Authors must submit their paper abstracts by the deadline of 23:59 EST Monday, 27 July 2017. Papers may cover a broad range of focus, from fundamental combustion phenomena to practical applications of combustion technology. Papers from industrial organizations are strongly encouraged. Please note that presentation of a paper at this meeting does not constitute archival publication. Read the Call for Papers for colloquia topics, paper requirements, and submission details.

The Western States Section Combustion Institute (WSSCI) is a non-profit educational and scientific society whose purpose is to promote the science and application of combustion for the benefit of society. The WSSCI is composed of all members of The Combustion Institute resident in the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and the Pacific territories of the United States, without obligation upon the part of any member so included. All activities of WSSCI are carried out in coordination with The Combustion Institute.
