2022 Spring Technical Meeting of the Central States Section of The Combustion Institute
The 2022 Spring Technical Meeting of the Central States Section of The Combustion Institute will be held in person, 15 through 17 May 2022 in Detroit, Michigan. The meeting is hosted by Wayne State University. This is the continuation of a series of technical meetings that have been held, in person or virtually, since 1966.
The Central States Section of The Combustion Institute gratefully acknowledge sponsorship from Stanadyne.
The meeting is planned as a fully in-person event and at this time we do not envisage a hybrid style meeting. However, the organizers continue to monitor the dynamic COVID situation and will adjust the format if necessary.
Guests should follow WSU’s health and safety policies, as stated in the following website. These guidelines are revised and updated monthly: https://wayne.edu/coronavirus
The event will consist of an opening reception, plenary seminars, technical talks, a combustion art competition, and a banquet event.
We are happy to announce 2022 Spring Technical Meeting of the CSSCI Draft Program.
In order to enter the art competition, please submit a high-resolution image or video to art@cssci.org by 23:59 CST on 2 May 2022. Full details and instructions regarding the combustion art competition can be found here.
