37th International Symposium on Combustion

The International Symposium on Combustion is the world congress and major biennial meeting of The Combustion Institute. Symposia provide combustion scientists, students, and practitioners around the world a scientific venue for sharing ideas and experiences on the development and applications of combustion science. Each symposium is open to anyone with interest in researching combustion occurrences.

Symposium Registration Open
The registration platform is now open for the 37th International Symposium on Combustion in Dublin, Ireland. Accommodations, tours, and social events are available as part of the registration process. The Combustion Institute encourages members to register by the early bird deadline of 23:59 PDST, 1 May 2018. Increased tourism is expected in Dublin during July and August.
WiPP Submissions Open
The submissions website is open for one-page abstracts regarding Work-in-Progress Posters (WiPPs). Submissions must be received by the deadline of 23:59 PST, 26 April 2018. Download the WiPP Abstract Submission Instructions for assistance.

Symposium participants can download a draft program layout of what will eventually become the program schedule. The outline provides a basic general framework of the schedule of events.
