The 2022 Spring Technical Meeting of the Eastern States Section of The Combustion Institute will be held 6-9 March in Orlando, Florida. The meeting will be hosted by the University of Central Florida.

The event will consist of an opening reception, plenary seminars, technical talks, and a banquet event. Attendance at the 2022 Spring Technical Meeting of the Eastern States Section of The Combustion Institute shall be governed by the Code of Conduct found on the ESSCI event website.

The final program can be found here. Information on how to apply for student travel support can be found here.

The University of Central Florida is just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center. Please visit the ESSCI22 website for more information on accomodations and transportation/parking.

If you are attending this meeting, you will have a unique oppurtunity to see the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch on 8 March. This should be visible from the UCF campus and the meething photo shows the launch at night. To keep an eye on the launch schedule, follow this link: https://spacecoastlaunches.com/launch-schedule/
