2018 CSSCI Spring Technical Meeting
The 2018 Spring Technical Meeting of the Central States Section of The Combustion Institute will be held May 20–22 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The meeting is hosted by the University of Minnesota. This year’s continues a series of yearly technical meetings spanning back to 1966. The theme for these meetings is “Combustion fundamentals and applications”. This year, we welcome our colleagues from the American Flame Research Committee as we participate in a collaborative meeting.
Professionals and students in all aspects of combustion are invited to participate, either by presenting a short talk or by attending and interacting with fellow combustion researchers. This year’s meeting location is proximate to university researchers as well as several prominent industries.
Technical papers are solicited on all aspects of combustion. Papers may cover a broad range of topics, from fundamental combustion phenomena to practical applications of combustion technology. Papers from private sector and industrial organizations are strongly encouraged. Please note that presentation of a paper at this meeting does not constitute an archival publication.
