WORK-in-PROGRESS POSTER

To provide a forum for presentation and discussion of work in progress, poster sessions will be scheduled to run concurrently with contributed oral sessions.
Work-in-Progress Poster Sessions will be determined on the basis of a one-page abstract.
A full-length paper is not required.

To submit an abstract you MUST complete:

  • STEP 1: Corresponding Author and Abstract information
  • STEP 2: Submission of a one page abstract in the following PDF format.
  • You may also use the following Word Template as a starting point. Once your abstract is ready, convert it to pdf before submission.

Abstract Title* Enter the title of your abstract in upper case exactly as it appears in your abstract file.

All Authors* List the abstract authors exactly as they appear in your abstract file.
List authors' names using initials of the first name followed by the last name in full (i.e. J.D. Smith, H.R. Jones)
Separate authors by commas.

Affiliations* List the abstract authors' affiliations exactly as they appear in your abstract file.
Separate affiliations by commas (i.e. XYZ University, ABC Technical Institute)
